Job Description:
As an Account Manager II, you'll oversee all facets of engagements with both existing and prospective customers. Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs will be pivotal as you offer tailored solutions. Your role involves crafting sales strategies aligned with business objectives and identifying new opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate enduring customer relationships across all levels of the organization, including senior management.
- Engage early in the customer buying process to diagnose needs effectively.
- Possess expertise in automation and safety systems (e.g., ICSS, ESD, DCS).
- Drive negotiations to successful closures and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle.
- Utilize CRM tools for accurate forecasting and pipeline development.
- Strategically balance superior customer service with long-term account goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in selling automation and safety systems.
- Proficiency in the oil and gas sector, with a focus on customer experience.
- Strong background in solutions selling.
- Valuable expertise in sales or account management.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various organizational levels.
