Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant to manage our company's financial operations. This includes overseeing fixed payments, variable expenses, bank deposits, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in auditing financial documents, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the accurate calculation of tax payments and returns. You will play a key role in providing accurate financial information to guide strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with all tax and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
As an Accountant at NMobile, your duties will include:
- Managing Accounting Transactions: Overseeing all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in the recording and reporting of expenses, income, and other financial activities.
- Budget Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Tax Management: Computing taxes, preparing tax returns, and ensuring timely payments in compliance with local tax laws.
- Financial Reporting: Managing balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and reporting on the company’s financial health, liquidity, and overall performance.
- Financial Auditing: Auditing financial transactions and documents to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Data Confidentiality: Ensuring that all financial data is kept confidential and implementing database backup measures when necessary.
- Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring that all financial activities comply with established policies and regulatory standards.
- Timely Publication of Financial Statements: Publishing accurate financial statements within the required timelines.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Managing Bank Payments: Ensuring that bank payments are processed in a timely manner to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks simultaneously.
