We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Ijora, Lagos. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the corporate strategy by ensuring profitability and daily posting of sales into the financial system.
- Confirm customer payments promptly to the Sales and Marketing team.
- Follow up on outstanding customer balances.
- Ensure the correctness of statutory deductions on customer invoices.
- Prepare weekly reports on sales and customer balances.
- Manage filing of waybills, invoices, receipts, and other documents.
- Prepare and process customer sales invoices and receipts.
- Maintain and update customer receivable worksheets.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Must have commenced ICAN exams, with at least Intermediate level passed.
- Minimum of 1-2 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile complex accounts.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and solve problems effectively.
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles, IFRS, and Nigerian tax regulations.
