As an Admin Assistant / Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of the office and contribute to Marriott's digital presence through strategic marketing efforts. This position requires a balance of administrative support and marketing execution, ensuring both operational efficiency and an elevated guest experience. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception & Office Support: Greet visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. You will also be responsible for managing the office’s administrative tasks, including handling routine correspondence and preparing responses.

  • Record-Keeping & File Management: Organize both physical and electronic files for documents, reports, and records. Maintain and update files using office management software and ensure all materials are easily accessible when needed.

  • Communication & Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and distribute letters, memos, and reports. Use word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software to prepare professional documents for internal and external communication.

  • Meeting Coordination & Minutes: Take detailed meeting minutes, distribute them to relevant parties, and ensure action items are followed up. You will also assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, ensuring that all logistics run smoothly.

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for guests and clients, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will be expected to manage both in-person and digital interactions with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

  • Digital Marketing Execution: Assist with Marriott’s online marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital platforms to engage with customers, promote hotel offerings, and build the brand's online presence.

  • General Office Duties: Operate standard office equipment, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a clean and professional office environment. You will be expected to perform various other tasks as required by your supervisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Professionalism in guest interaction, both in-person and digitally
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Prior experience in an administrative or marketing role is a plus
