Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Wuse / Gwarinpa Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative procedures and systems to streamline processes.
- Conduct maintenance and facilities checks across branches.
- Manage stock taking and monitor reorder points.
- Code and batch store items, ensuring accurate inventory.
- Prepare requisition forms for items in short supply.
- Facilitate logistics for staff on official assignments.
- Handle complaints regarding utilities disruptions promptly.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and procure new materials within budget.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for payments and renewals.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure policy adherence.
Requirements
- First Degree / HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Residency in Abuja or environs.
