We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team in Lagos. This is a full-time position with responsibilities that span across various administrative functions critical to our operations.

Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Oversee and manage administrative expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Technology Maintenance: Handle the annual renewal of iOS/Apple apps, Microsoft Office 365, and Google Workspace subscriptions.
- Fleet Management: Administer the bank’s vehicle fleet, ensuring effective maintenance and usage.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, procure spare parts, and manage materials for HQ and regional offices.
- Supplier and Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate flight bookings for management and staff across the bank.
- Internet Services: Manage the renewal of internet services for regional offices.
- Communications Management: Oversee the monthly renewal of phone bills for management staff.
- Procurement and Allocation: Procure and allocate status phones and tablets for group heads and top management staff.
- Requisition Management: Handle store requisitions for HQ and regional offices efficiently.
Requirements
- Educational Background: B.Sc/HND in Social Sciences, Arts, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience in administrative roles.
