We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team in the position of Administrative Assistant at our Lagos location.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant at BrandCo, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing schedules and appointments efficiently
  • Handling correspondence, both internal and external
  • Organizing and maintaining documents and files
  • Assisting with office management tasks
  • Data entry and maintaining database records
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and meeting logistics

Required Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, the following qualifications and skills are essential:

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum of an OND in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a structured work environment
  • Key Skills:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in data entry and document preparation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • Familiarity with database management and office equipment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
