Situated in the vibrant city of Lagos, Nigeria, our expertise spans a wide spectrum of construction projects, ranging from warehouses to airport hangars, factories to churches, and commercial to residential spaces.

With a dedicated emphasis on Structural Steel fabrication design and erection, we have seamlessly integrated our services into civil construction and the Oil & Gas industries, extending our capabilities to the development and manufacturing of various semi-trailers and rigid truck bodies. This holistic approach enables us to deliver comprehensive projects that marry steel structures with civil engineering excellence.

At the heart of our operations lies our state-of-the-art factory, where a team of specialized professionals diligently oversees the production of steel products. With a capacity to churn out 250 tons of steel products per month, we ensure a consistent supply of high-quality materials for our projects. Additionally, our qualified technical and professional team stands ready to provide assistance both within the factory and on-site, ensuring seamless execution and timely resolution of any technical queries.

Now, as we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. Based in Lagos, this full-time position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our administrative operations.

Job Description

  • Monitor material supplies and prices, coordinating with the Account, Store & Procurement departments to address shortages effectively.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, taking messages, and relaying information promptly.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of meetings, sending invites to attendees, and ensuring smooth proceedings.
  • Oversee clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail, maintaining files, and keeping office supplies stocked.
  • Interact with visitors, vendors, and clients, providing assistance and maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned to support the efficient functioning of the office.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in relevant field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
