Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilities:

  1. Workspace Management: Ensure efficient use of workspace resources for all employees.
  2. Budgeting and Bookkeeping: Collaborate with the Finance team on office supplies, subscriptions, and repairs.
  3. Asset Management: Maintain and update databases for company assets and equipment.
  4. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to company equipment usage policies by employees.
  5. Subscription Renewal: Manage timely renewal of subscriptions for uninterrupted work operations.
  6. Power Supply Management: Monitor and maintain consistent power supply during work hours.
  7. Vendor Management: Document and manage contact details of suppliers and vendors.
  8. Facility Management: Ensure smooth running of office facilities.
  9. Document Management: Properly organize and manage company documents.
  10. Event Coordination: Collaborate with HR team to organize office events.
  11. Process Improvement: Develop innovative administrative systems and processes.
  12. Cleaning Supervision: Oversee workspace cleanliness and cleaning activities.
  13. Reporting: Prepare and present administrative reports for senior management.
  14. Collaboration: Coordinate with team leads to meet workspace demands.
  15. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance, and servicing of office equipment.
  16. Supply Management: Track office supplies and initiate orders when necessary.
  17. Support: Assist colleagues to ensure a conducive workspace experience.
  18. Other Tasks: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
