Attention to all interested individuals! The Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (AEFUTHA) is currently offering admission into its College of Nursing Sciences for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Public Notice: The College of Nursing Sciences, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Teaching Hospital Abakaliki (CONSAEFUTHA), is currently offering admission. All applications must be submitted exclusively through the official admission portal: https://son-admission.aefutha.edu.ng/.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Prospective candidates must be at least 16 years old by July 2024.
- They should possess a minimum of five (5) credits in O’level subjects including English, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, and Biology, obtained not more than two sittings in WAEC/GCE/NECO/NABTEB. Note that NABTEB results can only be combined with NABTEB.
- Candidates are required to present a colored printout of their examination photo card and evidence of Remita payment (e-receipt) at the examination venue.
- Post Basic Nursing applicants must be registered Midwives.
- Basic Nursing candidates are advised to register for JAMB and select Nursing, AE-FUNAI as their choice of Institution.
HOW TO APPLY FOR AEFUTHA BASIC NURSING ADMISSION:
- Generate a Remita invoice by clicking on the “Make payment” link and make payment using the GIFMISCODE: 1000030435.
- Proceed to any commercial bank with the Remita generated number to make a payment of #15,200 or pay on the Remita platform using a debit card. Ensure to obtain an e-receipt or teller from the bank or Remita platform for upload during registration.
- After payment, send an Account Creation Request (including desired username, desired password, and Remita Receipt) to the WhatsApp numbers 07036088036, 08169634390 to have an account created on the Admission portal.
- Log in to the admission portal, complete registration, and print out a colored copy of the examination photo card for presentation at the Examination Venue.

- Exam Date: 20th July 2024

- Exam Date: 24th April 2024

- Exam Time: 8:00 am
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR POST BASIC APPLICANTS:
- Midwifery Notification and license are required during the application.
