The Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) is a wholly government-owned Development Finance Institution (DFI) that was initially established in 1963 as a subsidiary of the Land and Agricultural Bank. - Experience:

- Professional Certifications:
- A Diploma in Human Resource Management, Certified Human Resource Professional, or equivalent.
- Full membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing.
- A valid Practicing License from IHRM.
- Additional Requirements:
- Completion of a leadership course from a recognized institution.
- Fulfillment of the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya (applicable to shortlisted candidates only).
