Job Title: Airport Duty Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT), Kano, Lagos, and Rivers

Requirements
- Education: University degree (mandatory).
- Experience: Minimum of two years in airline supervisory or leadership positions, with proven skills in passenger service/station services, ground operations, and personnel administration.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to direct the work of others positively.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with NCAA and IATA regulations related to ground handling and passenger services (preferred).
- Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subcontracted ground service providers and other third parties.
- Coordinate all phases of airport daily services, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with full authority to make critical operational decisions.
- Champion Bellagio Airline’s customer proposition.
- Create and maintain a safety culture on your shift that embodies Bellagio Airline values.
- Assess airport operational situations and respond to maintain reliability, safety, compliance, and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with various departments (OCC, Maintenance, Flight Ops, Inflight, and MCO) to manage passenger and baggage performance.
- Participate in procedural changes related to aircraft arrivals, departures, passenger flow, and baggage handling.
- Engage in investigations for injuries, incidents, or accidents occurring during your shift.
- Provide feedback to the Station Manager on the performance of subcontracted ground service providers and suggest improvements.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Station Manager.
