Mission:
Join us in optimizing revenue through meticulous monitoring and analysis of customer account receivables and collection performance, aligning with our Client Success collection management policy.
Description:
- Conduct thorough reviews of business processes pertaining to collections and debt management for enhanced effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product, UAT, and support teams to ensure alignment of new products and systems with payment terms and collections PPPs.
- Oversee systems to promptly suspend defaulting customers and block individual consumers as necessary.
- Identify and escalate clauses in customer service contracts that impact payment terms, collection, and debt management.
- Collaborate with Finance Operations and Treasury teams to validate data for credit bureau and debt recovery agency platforms.
- Work closely with finance and revenue management teams to develop and report collection performance metrics.
- Conduct QA validation on accounts worked on monthly.
- Foster strong relationships with Senior Management, heads of business units, and staff.
- Perform credit utilization efficiency checks on credit customers and trade partners for necessary limit reviews.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in English.
Experience:
- 3 - 7 years’ experience in a specialized area, preferably within a medium-sized organization.
- Prior experience in the telecommunications industry in a similar role is advantageous.
