About the Program
The TotalEnergies Young Graduate Program presents a remarkable opportunity for young Nigerian graduates to kickstart their careers with one of the industry's leaders. This 18-month program is designed to provide hands-on experience and invaluable international exposure immediately post-university. Successful candidates will be stationed in Lagos, Nigeria, where they will actively contribute to our Commercial, Technical, or Finance departments.
Program Structure

Phase 1 (6 months in Nigeria): Participants will immerse themselves in our operations in Lagos, gaining insights into the intricacies of our business and contributing to meaningful projects under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.

Phase 2 (12 months abroad): Based on performance and availability, participants will embark on a transformative journey abroad, either within another TotalEnergies affiliate in Africa or at our global headquarters in Paris. This phase is designed to broaden perspectives and deepen understanding within a dynamic international setting.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this program, candidates must:
- Be Nigerian citizens.
- Have resided in Nigeria for at least 6 months.
- Be under 26 years old.
- Possess less than 1 year of professional experience.
- Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Required Degrees and Competencies
Candidates should hold degrees in fields such as Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines. We seek individuals who are innovative, result-oriented, customer-focused, adaptable, possess effective interpersonal skills, demonstrate a big-picture perspective, and exhibit accountability and commitment.
