About the Role
As a Catering QAQC Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality in catering operations. Responsibilities
- Monitoring Catering Operations: Ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Ensuring Compliance: Adhere to HACCP food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Updating Catering Trackers: Manage equipment lists, supplies, and menus.
- Quality Inspections: Inspect food items, water quality, and supplies.
- Supporting Feedback: Analyze customer feedback and trends.
About You
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Education: Bachelor of Science degree with at least a 2nd class upper in relevant fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
- Food Safety Knowledge: Certifications in food safety would be advantageous.
