Job Description

As an Architect at Kodai Construction, you will play a key role in bringing design concepts to life. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models, photorealistic renderings, and walkthrough animations that align with the vision of each project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Detailed Models and Visuals: Using advanced software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max to create 3D models, renderings, and animations.
• Incorporating Feedback: Making revisions based on feedback from the project team to meet specifications and ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Meeting Quality Standards: Ensuring that all visual outputs adhere to quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
• Creating 2D Drawings: Producing 2D drawings and other visuals from architectural plans and sketches.
• Collaborating with the Design Team: Working closely with architects and design teams to ensure that visuals accurately reflect project goals.
• Reporting: Regularly reporting to the Head Architect to ensure alignment with the overall project vision.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Education: A BSc, HND, or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Visualization, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in architectural visualization, preferably within the real estate development industry.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating completed projects in architectural design and visualization.
• Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: N300,000 - N450,000.
• Other Benefits: Competitive package with growth opportunities within the company.
