Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales Department Leadership: Build and manage all aspects of the sales department, including account management, business analytics, management leadership, and channel development to ensure sales targets are achieved.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred. A background in engineering is an advantage.

Professional Experience: A minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. This experience should be gained within the target countries of the position (Nigeria, Republic of Congo, Gabon, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, and Angola). A proven track record of success in managing complex sales operations in fast-paced environments is essential.
