Main Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and drive Unilever procurement strategies for the category.
- Assess, identify, and select the appropriate supplier base to meet business needs.
- Lead or coordinate large procurement projects as needed.
- Ensure internal customer satisfaction with procurement services.
- Lead the rationalization of suppliers, materials, and services to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with senior functional leaders to establish short and long-term business objectives.
- Deliver cost savings based on sourcing strategies and compliance management.
- Continuously improve ways of working and optimize procurement activities.
- Handle complex and diverse customer, supplier, or operational issues.
- Multitask and take up other responsibilities as assigned.
- Master talent management, including spotting, fostering, encouraging, and retaining talent.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external strategic relationships.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic business relationships to enable implementation of Unilever's growth strategy, revenue achievement, and new product development initiatives.
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in numerate courses.
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience is a plus.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in supply chain management.
- Experience working with SAP is desirable.
- Storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
