Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

- Maintain inventory control and ensure the proper stocking of products.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role within fashion retail, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive sales.
- Passion for Fashion: A keen interest in fashion, with an eye for elegance and a strong attention to detail.
- Customer Service Expertise: Strong track record of providing high-level customer service, with the ability to manage customer relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a team, fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team Player: Collaborative, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and departments.
