Job Description:
As an Assistant Tax Manager, you'll collaborate with our Geounit Tax Manager to ensure robust tax reporting, compliance, and the execution of tax strategies. Your responsibilities will span from tax provisions and compliance reviews to supporting special projects and field tax audits. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our tax reporting processes and supporting transfer pricing documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tax provisions and reporting, including ETR reports.
- Develop procedures to enhance compliance and reporting efficiency.
- Support the Tax Manager in special projects.
- Conduct tax compliance reviews covering CIT, WHT, VAT, PIT, etc.
- Collaborate on external audits and internal reporting.
- Contribute to cash repatriation and tax credit initiatives.
- Review intercompany agreements and associated documentation.
- Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation.
- Support field tax audits as necessary.

Requirements:
We seek individuals with a thirst for learning, resourcefulness, creativity, and a collaborative spirit, along with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 5-10 years of finance experience, specializing in Tax.
- Chartered Accountant certification (ICAN, ACCA, CPA, etc.).
- Previous experience in a multinational or Big 4 audit firm is advantageous.
