Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Automation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our ultra-modern cement plants in Edo and Sokoto states. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in automation systems and cement production.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and configure automation systems for cement production processes, including raw material preparation, kiln operations, grinding, and packing.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation systems to enhance production efficiency, reduce downtime, and achieve energy savings.
- Collaborate with the production, mechanical, and electrical departments to ensure smooth and continuous plant operations.
Qualifications and Experience
- HND or Bachelor’s degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in automation systems, preferably in a cement plant or similar heavy industry setting.
