We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for the following position:
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
- Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
- Complete and submit tax forms in compliance with legal requirements.
- Enter data, maintain accurate records, and generate detailed reports and financial statements.
- Process accounts receivable and payable, and handle payroll efficiently and on schedule.
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
- Conduct partial checks to verify the accuracy of the posting process.
Qualifications
- OND qualification with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Salary
N50,000 monthly
