We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team for the following position:

Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Okota, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Ensure transactions are accurately recorded in the correct day book, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
• Complete and submit tax forms in compliance with legal requirements.
• Enter data, maintain accurate records, and generate detailed reports and financial statements.
• Process accounts receivable and payable, and handle payroll efficiently and on schedule.
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage.
• Conduct partial checks to verify the accuracy of the posting process.

Qualifications

• OND qualification with 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Salary

N50,000 monthly
