Job Overview

John Holt is currently recruiting for the position of Branch Sales Manager, a key role responsible for driving sales growth and managing branch operations. The ideal candidate will not only focus on achieving revenue targets but also bring strong administrative and managerial expertise to the table. Additionally, the candidate should possess a solid understanding of basic accounting, customer service, and market dynamics to ensure the branch’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aimed at expanding the customer base and extending the company’s global reach.
  • Ensure that the sales team meets monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and performance tracking.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction levels and proactively suggest ways to improve customer service and retention.
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring long-lasting partnerships that address customer needs.
