Our operations span a 500Ha commercial farm, a thriving smallholder program with 500+ farmers, and a state-of-the-art tomato processing facility.
Job Description:
As a Brand Manager at Tomato Jos, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's trajectory. Key responsibilities include:
- Crafting a robust brand positioning informed by consumer insights.
- Translating brand strategy into comprehensive marketing plans spanning ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Implementing systems to monitor product distribution and consumer feedback.
- Aligning internal teams, stakeholders, and partners with the brand's vision and tactics.
- Managing marketing budgets for optimal efficiency and effectiveness.
- Overseeing new product development and launches.
- Ensuring consistent brand representation across all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager in FMCG.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven brand strategies.
- Proficiency in leveraging the full marketing mix for strategy development.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles and metrics.
- Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proven experience in new product development.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Team player adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Proactive, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset and affinity for market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
