Job Purpose
Develop compelling brand strategies tailored to the African consumer landscape, driving market share, volume, and profitability aligned with group strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to brand strategy development and oversee implementation to enhance market performance.
- Drive profitability through effective brand strategies and pricing policies.
- Utilize consumer insights to inform brand strategy and development.
- Develop regional communication materials aligned with brand objectives.
- Lead new product development initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years in Brand Management
- Professional Marketing Qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office
Skills & Competencies
- Strong consumer insight and communication skills
- Digital marketing proficiency
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen
- Experience in innovation and new product development
