We Are Hiring: Brand & Marketing Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Craft and implement marketing strategies and tactics to enhance RPE’s corporate image within the power sector.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content for our website, blog, social media, and other marketing channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Material Oversight: Approve all marketing materials, including website banners, brochures, and promotional items such as branded merchandise.
- Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with industry players, agencies, and vendors to expand our market reach.
- Brand Awareness: Drive initiatives to boost brand visibility and market share through various marketing activities.
- Event Promotion: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, promoting our services and expertise.
- Reporting: Regularly update senior leadership on marketing activities, campaign performance, and key metrics.
- Channel Development: Develop and manage organic and paid marketing channels, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, outdoor marketing, social media advertising, email campaigns, lead generation, website design, landing page optimization, and performance analytics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- 7 - 15 years of relevant work experience in brand and marketing management.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign management and strategic planning.
