Job Summary
As a Business Analyst, you will act as the liaison between IT and business objectives, ensuring that analytical, testing, and deployment tasks are completed successfully. Reporting to the Lead of Business Development, your role will involve delivering insights and solutions that enhance business processes and support the achievement of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify key trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track critical business metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity and security by validating and monitoring data quality.
- Perform quality assurance tasks and analyze the impact of changes to business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend strategies for operational enhancement.
- Work with product teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to implement data-driven solutions.
- Assist with business forecasting by preparing and reviewing performance and process reports.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements through close collaboration with stakeholders and create detailed documentation.
- Design business processes and data models for current and future states.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis, Quality Assurance, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Practical experience with software development and process documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively present data insights.
- Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Onsite presence is required.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, data transformation, and data governance processes.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets while maintaining accuracy and quality.
