As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a Business Development Analyst based in Lagos. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role plays a pivotal part in managing the operational aspects of our sales organization and driving growth for Visa products and services in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational onboarding and project initiation for clients and partners.
- Analyzing and tracking documentation requests for timely fulfillment.
- Developing efficient operational processes to accelerate business growth.
- Managing the Sales Reporting Platform and facilitating client meetings.
- Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and providing analysis and feedback.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement new projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Basic:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of work experience or an Advanced Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- MBA or equivalent.
- 3+ years of work experience in sales or customer relationship roles in the payments industry.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
