Job Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives and contributing to the growth of our business. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual who can attract and engage new clients while nurturing existing relationships. Your role will also involve crafting innovative business strategies, managing diverse projects, and identifying fresh business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and Align with Company Vision: Immerse yourself in Neston Group’s vision and mission, working to achieve defined goals and objectives.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies, client service plans, and retention strategies. Analyze sales data to refine and update business strategies as needed.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong connections with new clients and sustain existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with various departments to execute growth strategies and ensure cohesive implementation of business plans.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or a similar field is preferred.
- Skills: Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, work effectively under pressure, and exhibit a friendly and personable demeanor.
- Additional Attributes: Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a genuine interest in contributing to the company's success.
Salary: N150,000 - N180,000 monthly
