Job Description: The Business Development Coordinator at GUS in Lagos will handle various responsibilities, including:

• Processing BDs' applications through designated tools.
• Collaborating with the Admissions department to manage the student admission process.
• Administering agent accounts and generating performance reports for management.
• Conducting mock interviews for applicants.
• Exporting, conducting, and updating reports using Excel (Pipeline, deposit report).
• Compiling presentations on PowerPoint for management meetings.
• Providing training for new BDs on tools and processes.
• Liaising between BDs, Admissions, and agents.
• Offering management relevant data.

Requirements:

• Full-time degree in any specialization.
• 2+ years of experience in handling Student Admissions (preferable), VISA processing, or customer service-based roles.
• Key Skills: Excellent communication, positive attitude, customer-focused approach, organizational and time management skills, autonomy, professionalism, tact, good judgment, discretion, deadline-driven, goal-oriented, self-starter, problem solver, interpersonal skills, attention to detail.
