Responsibilities
- Attract new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process.
- Collaborate with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that may hinder growth.
- Identify and research opportunities in new and existing markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and present proposals customized to each client's specific business needs.
- Ensure excellent customer service through regular follow-ups with clients.
- Build rapport with key decision-makers.
- Translate proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Own the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Manage virtual and in-person sales meetings.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the business.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Run outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain client activities in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, target audience analysis, and marketing analytics.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
