Job Summary: As the Business Development Manager, you will spearhead the development and delivery of competitive proposals, drive leads generation, cultivate partnerships, and nurture client relationships. Your expertise will be pivotal in identifying market trends, generating new leads, and strategically positioning our offerings within the hybrid power sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new-business proposals and presentations, fostering opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to build a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational targets.
- Manage the proposal response process, ensuring compliance with detailed RFP requirements and synthesizing inputs from diverse sources.
- Proactively generate leads, engage decision-makers, and facilitate pitch logistics.
- Communicate product applications to diverse clientele across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Support deal structuring and pricing through comprehensive business-value analysis and negotiation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments through continuous education, networking, and events.
- Develop strategic positions by analyzing new-venture integration and market dynamics.
- Collaborate in the implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, providing insights to stakeholders and refining strategic approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10-12 years of experience in hybrid power projects.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and negotiation.
- Proficiency in resource planning and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong presentation skills and technical knowledge in hybrid systems, gas, and diesel generators.
- Mastery of sales techniques and deadline-driven with meticulous attention to detail.
