Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing growth strategies
- Conducting comprehensive market research
- Managing sales and distribution objectives within the assigned territory
- Finding and developing new markets
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Preparing quotes and proposals for clients
- Setting and achieving goals for the development team
- Training and mentoring team members
- Establishing rapport with potential clients and arranging meetings
- Planning and overseeing marketing initiatives
- Researching organizations and individuals to discover new opportunities
- Increasing current customer value while attracting new clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Sales and Distribution Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proficiency in working independently and as part of a team
- Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
