Job Description
Our client is a leading property development and investment management company offering a range of services, including Construction, Architectural Design, Investment Advisory, and Property & Facility Management. In this role, you will be instrumental in building key customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, while delivering exceptional customer service to help achieve our business objectives. You will also enhance the Company’s brand visibility and marketing through digital and social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by identifying viable business opportunities and marketing the Company’s products (properties) and services (Property and Facility Management).
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
- Build relationships with senior executives through impactful sales conversations and presentations.
- Understand the processes, strategies, and offerings of prospective organizations to tailor our approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Create engaging social media content, including newsletters and other marketing materials.
- Analyze real estate trends and conduct market research to enhance the company’s brand and engagement.
- Lead targeted marketing campaigns to effectively convert leads into sales.
- Maintain open communication with the Managing Director regarding business opportunities and development activities, providing periodic reports.
- Clearly articulate how our services can meet and exceed client objectives.
- Cultivate relationships with existing partners and clients while seeking new prospects.
- Negotiate effectively with executive management within prospective client organizations.
- Promote the Company’s products/services in line with client needs and expectations.
- Monitor digital platform presence and engage marketing leads through follow-ups and cold calls.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and marketing strategy implementation.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and video editing.
- Excellent prospecting, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth industry and market knowledge.
- High integrity and self-motivation.
- Charismatic and confident with self-organizing skills.
- UX/UI skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Salary
N350,000 / Month
