Job Overview

This individual will be responsible for overseeing operations, customer experience, marketing, and revenue generation at the center. Key Responsibilities

Business Operations & Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and safe experiences for visitors and staff.
- Manage various business functions, including attractions, dining, ticketing, and retail.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and legal standards for all operations.
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring excellent service and teamwork.

- Innovate and develop new attractions to engage a diverse audience.
