About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer relations, ensuring excellent service delivery while resolving any concerns or complaints.

  • Manage operational expenses, control budgets, and monitor financial performance to meet business goals.

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including inventory, logistics, and supply chain management, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed, strategic business decisions.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and external business partners to support operational growth.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in business management, retail management, or a related area.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and financial objectives.
