Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent at SITH, you will be tasked with various customer service functions aimed at ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Handling Incoming and Outgoing Calls: You will be responsible for answering calls from customers and, when necessary, making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide additional product information.

Providing Information to Customers: You will need to have a deep understanding of the company’s offerings and services, so you can provide clear and accurate information to both potential and existing customers.

Escalating Customer Issues: If an issue arises that cannot be resolved during the call, you will escalate it to a higher authority within the company for prompt resolution.

Processing Orders and Payments: You will manage customer orders and payment transactions, ensuring that customers are provided with timely and accurate information about product availability, delivery times, and any requests for refunds or exchanges.

Collaborating with Other Departments: Effective communication with other departments will be crucial to resolving complex customer issues or providing specific product information.

Troubleshooting Customer Issues: You will play a role in identifying problems and troubleshooting customer concerns related to our products or services, ensuring timely resolution.

Recording Customer Interactions: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions, will be a key part of your responsibilities to help track service quality and identify potential improvements.
Daily Tasks
In addition to the core responsibilities, your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Answering calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries through chat platforms.
- Providing detailed information on products or services.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues effectively.
- Staying updated on company policies and product knowledge to ensure you are well-informed at all times.
- Escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Following up on unresolved customer inquiries.
- Recommending new products or services based on customer feedback and needs analysis.
- Documenting all interactions in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Meeting sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Managing changes in policies or service renewals efficiently.
Salary
The monthly salary for this position ranges from N70,000 to N80,000.
