Job Description
As a Card Back Office Executive at TotalEnergies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and support of our card services across Nigeria. Your responsibilities will include:

Customization and Maintenance: Customizing an average of 800 B2B and B2C cards daily across Nigeria’s 36 states, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery.

Polling and Reporting: Analyzing polling reports for over 502 Electronic Payment Terminals (EPTs), maintaining a minimum of 90% daily polling across 480 stations and 13 customer service centers, adhering to global procedures.

Price and Dealer Management: Implementing price changes for products on the TotalEnergies Card platform, managing dealer profiles to ensure accurate revenue postings.

Inventory and Maintenance: Maintaining records of card stock and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment, and conducting bi-weekly preventive maintenance on printers.

Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to service stations, customer service centers, and partner users, resolving technical challenges promptly.

Software Updates and Testing: Ensuring timely updates of EPT software and conducting tests on innovations and integrations.

Financial Operations: Confirming payments on SAP for daily card crediting and managing financial transactions related to card activities.

Compliance and Coordination: Managing card destruction processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
Context & Environment
You will be based at our Lagos head office, reporting to the Card Business Manager. This role demands a proactive approach to innovation and efficient after-sales service. Operating within a modern information systems environment, you will need strong computer literacy and the ability to handle repetitive tasks creatively and with sound judgment. Multi-tasking and prioritization skills are crucial for managing customer requests effectively through various channels.
Frequent field visits will be required for training and deploying new card technologies, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Familiarity with information systems such as online ordering tools, CRM, and SAP; proficiency in Business Objects is advantageous.
