Job Title: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: Abuja / Lagos, with Travel

Department: GMD’s Office
Summary:
This pivotal role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to the GMD and associated teams, ensuring seamless coordination and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive schedules and serve as a key liaison
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records for meetings
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and demonstrate business acumen
- Coordinate meetings and corporate events
- Arrange national and international travel
- Handle confidential information and manage files
- Liaise with legal teams on pertinent issues
- Facilitate information flow to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Power & Energy sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and enterprise tools
- Gender preference: Male
