Alkanes Diaplous Limited (formerly known as Alkanes Energy Services Limited, a member of Mogtech Group Ltd) is a leading indigenous company established in 2012 to offer comprehensive support services to the Upstream sector of the Oil & Gas Industry. Our extensive fleet includes Crew Service Vessels (CSVs), Security Service Vessels (SSVs), Anchor Handling Vessels, Fast Support Intervention Vessels (FSIVs), Tug Boats, Barges, and various other Marine Offshore Equipment.
Additionally, we specialize in procurements encompassing Safety equipment, communication gear, Petroleum Product haulage, and Security solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily operations among vessels, Management, and Clients, ensuring adherence to contracts and specifications.
- Maintain and enhance compliant marine systems.
- Ensure vessel documentation is current, including overseeing all Certification processes.
- Manage crewing in accordance with regulations and training requirements.
- Develop and enforce Marine vessel Operational Policy, including safety protocols.
- Maintain vessel cleanliness, orderliness, and stocked supplies.
- Implement and oversee Preventive Maintenance Systems for optimal functionality.
- Manage crew, recruitment, rotations, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee operations contingency planning and emergency response.
- Foster positive relationships with Government, Regulatory, and Maritime Authorities.
- Supervise various departments including Technical, HSE, Accounts, and Procurement.
- Efficiently monitor procurement, inventory, and fuel/lubricant management.
- Conduct post-incident investigations and implement corrective measures.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the maritime industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.
- Practical experience in vessel operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar capacity.
