Job Title: Chief Slickline Operator

Key Tasks
- Follow SOP procedures for running and pulling mechanical and electronic gauges.
- Ensure all assigned equipment is in excellent condition.
- Maintain and certify all vehicles and equipment per company and client standards.
- Implement QA/QC procedures in daily operations.
- Ensure all slickline operations adhere to quality standard procedures.
- Check equipment before daily operations at the field and base.
- Manage unit maintenance schedules and guide junior operators.
- Conduct inventory checks on equipment upon arrival and before leave.
Requirements
- Relevant educational qualifications and offshore certifications.
- Experience in training and developing junior engineers and technicians.
- Proficiency in routine and preventive maintenance of operational tools.
- Good human relations with team members and clients.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in slickline/wireline services.
- Expert understanding of slickline tools and maintenance.
- Certifications aligned with the position.
