Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Develop self-awareness and personal strengths through feedback and reflection.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese.
- Certifications: CPA or Member of the Bar, with a commitment to obtain certification before promotion to Manager.
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Experience with complex tax issues for US non-publicly traded entities with operations in Japan.
- Proficiency in ASC740.
- Effective engagement management and balancing project economics.
- Innovation through new technologies and data visualization tools.
- Creating a positive team environment and providing timely feedback.
