Chrisland University celebrates a significant achievement as it receives full accreditation for all 11 programmes assessed during the recent NUC accreditation exercise.
Achieving Full Accreditation
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof Chinedum Peace Babalola, FAS FAAS, proudly announced on June 11, 2024, that Chrisland University had secured full accreditation for all programmes presented to the NUC.
Programmes Accredited
Under the College of Arts, Management, and Social Sciences, programmes such as Accounting, Business Administration, Criminology and Security Studies, Economics, Political Science, and Psychology received full accreditation. Similarly, from the College of Natural and Applied Sciences, accreditation was granted to programmes including Computer Science, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology. The College of Basic Medical Sciences also earned accreditation for its Public Health programme.
Commitment to Quality and Excellence
Prof. Babalola attributed this success to Chrisland University's steadfast commitment to maintaining high academic standards and fostering excellence across its various disciplines.
Acknowledgements and Gratitude
She expressed gratitude to the university's Board of Trustees, chaired by High Chief Dr. Winifred Awosika OON, for their financial support and guidance. The Vice-Chancellor also commended the Governing Council, led by Distinguished Prof. Ayodeji Olukoju, FNAL, for their effective leadership, as well as the university's management, staff, and students for their dedication and contributions to this achievement.

In her closing remarks, Prof. Babalola reiterated Chrisland University's commitment to excellence in all aspects of its operations. She credited God for the institution's success and affirmed its ongoing pursuit of academic distinction and societal impact.
