As the foremost regulatory body for Human Resource Management Practice in Nigeria, CIPM is committed to fostering continuous professional development among its members and stakeholders, thereby contributing to the advancement of human capital development in the nation.
Competition Requirements:
- Eligibility: Undergraduates from Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics.
- Essay Criteria: Original, empirical, meeting local and international journal standards.
- Length: Not exceeding 3000 words, with APA style referencing.
- Formatting: Times New Roman, 12-point font size, double line spacing, in MS Word.
- Plagiarism: Strictly prohibited, leading to disqualification.

- 1st Prize: N125,000 & 2 HRM books
- 2nd Prize: N100,000 & 2 HRM books

How to Submit Entries:
Interested candidates should submit their essays in "Spiral Bound" format, accompanied by:
- Reference letter from their institution's Registrar.
- Photocopy of admission letter to their current institution.
- One recent passport photograph.
