CIPM Annual Essay Competition: The CIPM Annual Essay Competition is a flagship initiative of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, designed to foster the research capabilities of undergraduate students in Nigerian universities and polytechnics. As the regulatory body for Human Resource Management Practice in Nigeria, CIPM is dedicated to advancing human capital development in the country.
Competition Requirements:
- Eligibility: Participants must be undergraduates of Nigerian Universities and Polytechnics.
- Originality: Essays must be original, empirical, and adhere to local and international journal standards.
- Length and Format: Essays should not exceed 3000 words and must follow the APA style of referencing. Font type should be Times New Roman, 12-point size, with double line spacing.
- Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism will result in disqualification.
Benefits of Participation:
- 1st Prize: N125,000 & 2 HRM books
- 2nd Prize: N100,000 & 2 HRM books
- 3rd Prize: N75,000 & 2 HRM books

How to Submit Entries: Interested candidates should submit their "Spiral Bound" papers along with the following documents:
- Reference letter from the Registrar of their institution.
- Photocopy of admission letter to their current institution.
