Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Manage, design, develop, and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data including maps, reports, tests, and drawings.
- Perform technical and feasibility studies and prepare blueprints that meet technical specifications.
- Oversee the handling of resulting structures and services.
- Monitor project progress and compile status reports.
- Manage budgets and procure equipment/materials.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and regulations, including permits and safety standards.
- Deliver technical documentation and files as required.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs.
- Provide advice and creatively resolve emerging issues.
- Mentor staff and liaise with various stakeholders.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; MSc is a plus.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
- Strong project management and supervision skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional engineer's license.
- 5 - 10 years of proven experience in Civil Engineering/Construction.
- Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.
