Since October 2016, MdM has been operating in Borno State, Nigeria, fostering voluntary commitment from doctors and healthcare providers, as well as other experts needed for its humanitarian activities. Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Kastina

Job Summary
Under the responsibility of the HR/Admin Officer and with technical support from the logistics department, the Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining MdM offices, guest houses, and surrounding premises. The Cleaner will adhere to the organization's policies and procedures to ensure rigorous and transparent practices while fulfilling the mission's objectives and respecting MdM and donor guidelines.
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the HR/Admin Officer, the Cleaner will perform the following tasks:
- Ensure daily cleaning and tidying of the guest house and offices.
- Clean all rooms, balconies, shared areas, and offices daily.
- Regularly supply fresh towels and bed sheets to rooms.
- Maintain availability of cleaning materials (tissue, napkins, soap, disinfectants, mops, brooms).
- Collaborate with the logistics department to provide safe drinking water to the office and guest house.
- Clean the kitchen and its surroundings.
- Manage the items and equipment assigned to them.
- Water and maintain flowers, including pruning and trimming.
- Wash and iron bed sheets, clothes, and curtains for the guest house and offices.
- Ensure the compound is clean daily and trash bins are emptied regularly.
- Safeguard all items and equipment assigned to them.
- Follow instructions from the supervisor and complete any other assigned tasks.
Others
- Be flexible in performing duties.
- Perform additional tasks as requested by the country representative and logistics officer.
- Immediately inform the security focal point of any security issues.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
