Key Responsibilities
As a Client Success Manager at OPay, you will be instrumental in managing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation and Account Management:
- Identify and target key customer accounts, establishing strong and lasting relationships.
- Manage quotes, orders, and other transactions with clients to ensure smooth operations.

Market Insights and Competitor Analysis:
- Regularly report market feedback, competitor activity, and industry trends to senior management.
- Provide actionable insights that will help guide business strategies.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution:
- Address customer inquiries promptly, especially in urgent or emergency situations, ensuring the company's reputation is upheld.
- Resolve complaints and issues to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

Long-Term Client Relationships:
- Foster long-term, sustainable relationships with key accounts.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure they are satisfied with OPay's services.

Market Research and Industry Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research to understand the specific needs of clients and to identify emerging market trends.
- Use this information to adapt OPay’s offerings and strategies to meet evolving customer demands.
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong sales background and deep knowledge of customer relationship management. Specific requirements include:

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of experience managing key accounts in the industry.

Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of market trends, financial processes, and payment needs within the industry.

Sales Success:
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles, with demonstrable success in sales management.

Ongoing Education:
- A commitment to personal and professional growth, attending workshops, seminars, and conferences to stay current with industry developments.

Communication and Leadership:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong aptitude for driving sales processes from inception to completion.

- Strong background in customer service development and relationship management, with an ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Qualifications:
- A BSc or HND in a relevant field is required.
