Requirements:

- 1-3 years of relevant work experience or currently pursuing a university degree.

Selection Process:
- Initial application submission with CV and response to key questions.
- Business reasoning test and short video interview.
- Interview with Recruitment Manager and Senior Commercial Leader, followed by extensive feedback.
- Market challenge and interview with Country General Manager and People & Culture Director.
- International Assessment Center featuring interactions, simulations, and professional coaching.
- Final meeting with Group Senior Leaders.
