Description
- Implement and monitor strategies to improve collections and recoveries.
- Collaborate with other teams, including Finance, Portfolio Monitoring, and Fraud Investigation.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports for stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our collections/recovery models.
Requirements
- Experience in Collections/Risk management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
